Supported by West Riding FA and the Football Foundation, Rastrick High School in Brighouse led an exciting project which has delivered a new, state-of-the-art 3G AstroTurf pitch and changing rooms for the local community to use.
MPH was appointed to provide changing room facilities consisting of 2 changing areas and officials’ changing areas.
Daytime usage will consist of the school programme and fixtures up to around 5 pm. After 5 pm and on the weekends, the focus will mainly be community use, including the HTF Wildcats, HTF Kicks Disability, Clifton Rangers Use, Rastrick Junior FC, Huddersfield Town Foundation, WRFCA, FC Halifax and Leisure Leagues.
The new changing room building will significantly enhance the attractiveness of the AGP by providing a space for teams to change and will encourage more community teams to use the facility.
The unit you see was completed for Rastrick High School, The Football Foundation and the local football association in West Yorkshire. Still, we have worked with many other schools and sports organisations nationwide. We carry out our risk assessments in line with your health and safety policies, and we are CHAS and MPBA accredited.
