We offer portable and temporary building hire for times when you require a short term building solution for additional students, patients or employees. We maintain the same high quality service and installation of a hire project as we do with a more permanent solution.
Often it is not cost effective, feasible or practical to commission the production of a brand new portable structure, which is when a short or long term hire of a building is the best solution. Modular building hire is available for any length of time, and new or pre-existing buildings can be hired.
How Does Portable/Modular Building Hire Work?
MPH building hire solutions work the same way that our building sales work, we can provide you with a bespoke system which has the benefits of a permanent structure. Tailor making solutions to your needs allows us to fit out the building with the required facilities, fixtures and fittings. Maintenance and servicing are covered during the hire period, in order to ensure that there is no disruption in your usage of the building throughout your hire period.
Our modular buildings are designed to be deconstructed, meaning that they can be relocated to another site with relative ease, and should the need no longer exist for the additional space, they can be easily dismantled and taken off site. As part of the portable building rental service, MPH will dismantle and take away the buildings.

Groundwork Preparation & Customisation Of Modular Rentals
If your rental building requires site preparation and groundwork, our turnkey solution will take care of this. We also will complete and required modifications or repurposing to suit your needs.
We complete refurbishments off-site, so it is ready to suit your needs after transportation and onsite assembly.
This includes internal fixtures and fittings, meaning that once we assemble your rental building sections at your site, it is ready for immediate use on delivery, with just utilities to connect.
