Often it is not cost effective, feasible or practical to commission the production of a brand new portable structure, which is when a short or long term hire of a building is the best solution. Modular building hire is available for any length of time, and new or pre-existing buildings can be hired.
From a financial aspect, there is a shorter-term commitment when hiring a modular building. The installation and build process is the same for either option. Modular construction is set apart from other building methods as the modules are reusable and easily configurable for new uses.
