MPH have just completed the supply, delivery and installation of a new preschool. The complete turnkey package also included site management, portable roads to create segregated access, foundations, site services, below-ground drainage and landscaping.
Turnkey Preschool Project With Local Architect
The modular facility included a covered external decked play area, internal play areas, wet activity space, office space and toilets. MPH demonstrated the flexibility of modular buildings with a bespoke tapered section to create an angled building profile in the Architect’s design.
Working closely with the local Architect, stringent planning conditions were also overcome cladding the building externally with brick slips and locally sourced limestone.
The internal design included new floor coverings to create vibrancy in the teaching space with contrasting colours.
